Rates & Insurance

I am an in network provider for several insurance providers. I will verify your eligibility and beneifts with your insurance provider. Just remember the Explanation of Benefits will ultimately confirm your coverage, at times, this is different from what I am informed of at the time of intake, I can not control that. I will submit the claim for the session. You will be responsible for your copay/coninsurance or deductible per your insurance plan.

If I am Out Of Network for your insurance provider, I will create a superbill, for your convenience, for you to submit directly to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

My Rates:

75 minute Intake session ……… $150

50 Minute individual session………   $130

90 Minute group session……… $60
